  Upon purchase of a PYROLEDA® firing system you will be provided with a mobile phone number that you can call any time

  – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – for help and advice, even just a few minutes before your show is due to start.

  This standard of customer assistance is not easily matched and guarantees on-going and free consultation as well as

  an enhanced sense of security for the user.

 

 

  GUARANTEE

 

  All products provided by Monetti Srl come with a guarantee valid from the date of purchase.

  Your invoice acts as the guarantee document. Some examples:

  In addition, all PYROLEDA® products are subject to our customer satisfaction money-back guarantee**.

 

  * The guarantee does not cover damage caused by careless or excessively rough use of the equipment, by accidents or misuse.

   Further, the guarantee becomes void if the equipment is tampered with or used with components other than Pyroleda®.

 

  ** Products must be returned as-new to the supplier within 30 days of purchase.

 

 

  BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE/REPLACEMENT

 

  In case of breakdown of PYROLEDA® products during the guarantee period we offer emergency replacement within  24 hours by express courier (TNT Global Express, DHL, Executive)*.

  TRADE-IN

 

  The PYROLEDA® brand guarantees on-going compatibility of older models with new products. Even so, if you’d like to change   your older model for a new one, Monetti Srl can offer trade-in options depending on the condition of your equipment.
